Fundraising Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern UFO No1' s relationship with you in relation to this website.
The term UFO No1 refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is
1 Drumchapel Gardens, Glasgow, G15 6QDSite Membership and Termination of Fundraising Accounts
To qualify for a UFO No1 account you must be a resident of the UK, we only allow one account per person and we reserve the right to refuse admission or terminate your fundraising account at any given time without notice.
In the event that your account shows no activity for a period exceeding 12 months we reserve the right to terminate the fundraising account.
Cashback Rewards
Cashback rewards are paid when a UFO No1 member has logged into our site and accessed the retailer's site via a link from the members area.
Cashback is paid as a commission of the total sale value or as a cash reward from the retailers as listed on the UFO No1 members area.
Cashback rewards are listed on the site and we make every effort to ensure that the information is accurate and correctly illustrated.
Please note that all transactions made care of our site are with the retailer in question and not UFO No1.
Your Organisation's account will be credited when the retailer has confirmed your transaction, in mosts cases this is immediately but other retailers process transactions after the returns policy date has expired and can take up to or over 30 days.
Returned goods do not qualify for a cashback payment. In this event the payment will be reversed and will show up as such in your account settings.
UFO No1 make every effort to ensure that the retailers are correctly reporting sales that qualify for cashback, we will not be held responsible should the retailers system fail to report back your sale. In this event we will do our best to negotiate the cashback with the retailer on your behalf but the retailers decision is final.
Payment Schedule
Cashback payments to Organisations will be issued monthly, 30 days in arrears providing the total account balance exceeds £20. Accounts under this amount will be carried forward to the next month.
UFO No1 cashback cheques will be void 30 days from date of issue.
Should a retailer delay payment or cease trading then we will make every effort to recover your cashback however UFO No1 makes no guarantees to payment until funds have been received from the retailer or their agents.
